Our registered office is in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir where we started our business in the year 1993 and are a very well known and established group, in the field of Electrical and civil turnkey projects.
The company is headed by Mr Anoop Bhan, an Engineer by qualification, entrepreneur by spirit and a very well known figure in the turnkey projects industry, technically qualified and fully geared up for the business ahead.

Ltd., formerly known as Rattan Chand Puran Chand) are committed to execute all our projects giving state of the art service consistently and constantly innovating the process of execution of projects to the utmost satisfaction of our customers.
We are with the department of Military Engineering services. It is quite relevant to mention that in a short span of ten years. we have been upgraded from Class ‘D’ having a tendering limit of just Rs 25 Lakhs to Class ‘A’ having a tendering limit of Rs 750 lakhs by the department of MES. We have executed project at Pathankot, Jammu, Bhaderwah and Srinagar.
